Re-creating Innovation Portfolios for Strategic Success
At the Cambridge AI Summit on Education 2025, Dr Anyu Gao presented how GenAI-enabled simulations are transforming executive and business education at the Cambridge Judge Business School. These simulations have significantly enhanced engagement and interaction among participants in the Cambridge Global Executive MBA and Cambridge Advanced Leadership Programmes, showcasing how AI can elevate learning impact and experiential understanding.

Building on this success, the simulations are now available as standalone learning modules for organisations seeking to address one of their most persistent challenges—aligning innovation with strategy. Designed to provoke reflection and decision-making under real-world conditions, these modules offer a powerful way to explore the strategic and human dimensions of innovation in the age of AI.
Sensing, Shaping, and Seizing the Future of Healthcare
​A pilot workshop was successfully delivered, on behalf of the Cambridge Judge Entrepreneurship Centre using its proprietary foresight framework, for the trainee doctors of the University of Cambridge School of Clinical Medicine.
The workshop explored the future of healthcare and medicine in a future where technologies such as artificial intelligence, robotics, and precision medicine become more prevalent. The workshop helps participants navigate disruption, cut through complexity, and turn insights into strategic direction and concrete action in today’s rapidly evolving healthcare landscape.

Developed in collaboration with Bright Angle Consulting, this hybrid programme combines structured assessment, facilitated workshops, and follow-on consulting, to help organisations understand and strengthen their organisational capabilities for AI and data governance. Built on years of strategic and leadership experience in the data and analytics industry, and underpinned by proven disciplines in innovation and execution, the framework provides a clear and actionable view of governance maturity as a strategic capability.
